HAS BEEN BORN : COMPANIONSHIP COLLECTORS FORUM

(FORSIKO KBQ BABURRAYYAN)

Seiring dengan cerahnya pikiran dalam suasana kebersamaan yang selama ini jarang dirasakan bersama, para ketua kelompok tani yang terbiasa disebut KOLEKTOR dengan keikhlasan tanpa ada paksaan murni menyatu dalam wadah gres dan mungkin pertama di bumi Aceh : FORUM SILATURRAHMI KOLEKTOR atau lebih gampang disingkat FORSIKO.

Along with the bright minds in an atmosphere of togetherness that had rarely felt together, the chairman of the farmers' group called COLLECTORS familiar with sincerity without any coercion pure fused in a new container and possibly the first in the ground in Aceh: COMPANIONSHIP COLLECTORS FORUM or easier abbreviated FORSIKO. 

Pada hari ahad tanggal dua belas bulan mei tahun dua ribu tiga belas, telah resmi disepakati lahirnya  Forsiko KBQ Baburrayyan . Bertempat di Asrama Kompleks Pabrik Kopi PT.SSC Tapanuli Utara, perwakilan Kolektor KBQ Baburrayyan yang hadir sekitar 60 orang telah resmi mengusung Forum ini. Tujuan utama dibentuknya Forsiko antara lain :

The hostel is housed in Coffee Factory Complex PT.SSC North Tapanuli, representatives were present Baburrayyan Collector KBQ about 60 people have been officially brought this Forum. The main aim of Forsiko among others :

1. Meningkatkan hubungan silaturrahim antar Kolektor KBQ Baburrayyan,

   Improve the relationship 'silaturrahim' between the KBQ Baburrayyan Collectors,

2. Bersama-sama mengatasi dan menghadapi segala problematika dan mencari solusi terbaik atas hambatan yang dialami oleh Kolektor,

   Together to address and confront all the problems and the best solution for the problems experienced by the Collector,

3. Meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja anggota forum.

   Improve the quality and quantity of work members of the forum.

Untuk kepengurusan awal, periode Tahun 2013-2014 disepakati sebagai berikut :

For the management of early, Year period 2013-2014 was agreed as follows :

1. Ketua Umum : ABDULLAH (Kolektor Kala Pegasing, Kec. Pegasing, Aceh Tengah),

2. Perwakilan Wilayah BM : HUSNI ADAM (Kolektor Timur Jaya, Bener Meriah),

3. Perwakilan Wilayah AT BAWAH : ZUKRI (Kolektor Kerawang, Kec. Rusib Antara),

4. Perwakilan Wilayah AT TENGAH : ALIMSYAH (Kolektor Wihlah , Kec. Pegasing),

5. Perwakilan Wilayah AT ATAS : ASMAN RIANTO (Kolektor , Kec. Pegasing).

Hasil pertemuan termasuk formatur juga telah disampaikan kepada seluruh anggota lembaga yang berhalangan hadir (dengan jumlah total kolektor : 101 orang) dan tidak ada yang berkeberatan.

Pada tahap awal, kiprah utama formatur Forsiko yakni mencari solusi terbaik atas kendala-kendala para kolektor anggota yang telah dialami pada isu terkini kopi yang kemudian antara lain : Mengoptimalkan hasil panen kopi anggota dapat ditampung di pabrik dibandingkan membantu pedagang local masuk kopi ke pabrik, meningkatkan mutu pengolahan hasil panen kopi semoga lebih meningkat sesuai standar ekspor yang dibutuhkan/ditetapkan oleh buyer di luar negeri, menghindari pungutan-pungutan liar dan permainan-permainan kotor pihak lain dan mungkin selama ini berafiliasi dengan oknum anggota forum.

- Menyisihkan dana minimal sejumlah Rp.50,- per bambu gabah atau setara Rp. 150,- per Kg asalan ketika transaksi penjualan kopi ke pabrik, sebagai simpanan (biasa disebut Simpanan Kolektor: SK) untuk persiapan acara pasca isu terkini panen depan contohnya study tour.

Minimal amount of funds set aside Rp 50, - per bamboo grain, equivalent to Rp. 150, - per Kg at random when the sale of coffee to the factory, as a deposit (usually called Deposit Collectors: SK) for the preparation of post-harvest activities such as study tours ahead.

- Apabila kopi masuk ke pabrik dan tidak lolos cupping test, mekanisme pengembalian kopi dengan cara ditimbang ulang. Juga diambil langkah-langkah pengembalian kopi semoga kegatan ini tidak merugikan kolektor maupun perusahaan.

- Mencari jalan keluar pemasaran untuk panen kopi (dengan kualitas standar ekspor) yang masih tertinggal/tersisa meskipun pabrik sudah tidak buka pembelian,

- Mengharapkan kejelasan/transparansi penggunaan, pembelanjaan dan pengelolaan dana premi Fair Trade,
